How do I obtain an RMA number?

Log in on your www.raneysauto.com account using the 
username and password you chose when you placed the original order.

Click “Completed Orders” then “Return Item(s)”

Select the item you wish to return. Check the box next to that item

Enter all required information as indicated. Be as detailed as possible 
regarding the reason you wish to return the item and state the condition.
Indicate what action you prefer. Depending on the condition of the 
product you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or a store credit. 

For a store credit, if you know what other items you would like the credit 
to be applied to, specify the product Sku Number. The difference in price 
will be credited or charged accordingly.

Please realize that there will be an assessed 15% re-stocking fee which
may apply to certain products.

Within 24 hours, or next business day, one of our representatives will 
be in contact via email with further instructions.

Note: ALL Returned Items must include the following:

Original packaging, documents and accessories
Your RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package

We strongly advise our customers to always retain the tracking information 
pertaining to the return, at least until the transaction has been fully 
completed by both parties.

Return Policy   

If for any reason an item you have purchased from Raney’s Corporation does not meet your satisfaction, or you are no longer in need of the purchased product, please call us toll-free at 1-888-888-7990 or email us at RMA@raneys.com. We offer a 30 day return policy on all non-special ordered or custom products. For all returns you will need an RMA number assigned to you by a sales representative before we can accept any returned merchandise.

All returned goods must be in their original state in resalable condition. The products cannot be dented, scratched or have any mounting material removed from them such as adhesive tape. Upon receiving the item back into inventory, we will issue a credit back to the customer in the form of payment that the original order was received (Paypal, credit card, etc.) For non-defective items a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the credit. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges unless the item was defective, incorrect or damaged during shipment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In the event your product is damaged in transit please contact us at 1-888-888-7990 immediately. If a shipment arrives at your doorstep and is clearly damaged make sure to take pictures as these will help expedite the return process. All warranty claims and damaged items claims need to be handled through Raney’s Corporation. Do not contact the manufacturer of the product directly as they will not be able to assist you in receiving a new item.

If your product arrives defective or is incorrect please contact our customer service department at your earliest convenience. Please do not attempt to install the part as this may void the chance of the return being accepted. If you would like a replacement part to be sent right away before the original product is returned then we must temporarily charge you for the additional part. Upon receiving the original product a credit will be issued.
